Colorado Windows and Restoration replaced a large picture window that had suffered water damage around the frame as well as inert gas seal damage. Correspondence throughout the project was excellent. Robert and his team expertly replaced the window and new wood trim in one day. On the second day, their stucco team did a fantastic job repairing and color matching the cut back stucco. Throughout the install, Robert and his team were very thorough in going over any iissues and options for repair. The new window look great! Highly recommend this Company.

5-star service! I worked with Robert at Colorado Windows and Restoration, as I had siding that needed to be replaced. He came to inspect the house, where he gave me his opinion on a few different options, and ultimately helped me choose the most cost effective route, while also protecting my house with an additional barrier. His crew started the following day, and finished 24 hours later. Everybody was extremely polite, professional, clean, and did a fantastic job. Even during the walk through, his painter noticed one TINY spot that needed to be touched up, and fixed it on the spot. I never would have seen this, but to the trained eye, it was important. One of Robert’s crew members joked during the job that “Robert is a perfectionist.” It’s clear that this company takes pride in their work. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had eight custom windows installed by Colorado Windows and Restoration, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Robert Scott and his entire team were amazing to work with. They did an outstanding job replacing the windows as well as repairing and replacing rotted trim around my house. You could tell they truly take pride in their craftsmanship.
Their prices were very reasonable, and at the end of each day they did an excellent job cleaning up the work area. The quality of the installation exceeded my expectations, and the finished product looks fantastic. He laid out all my options clearly and got pricing over to me quickly, with zero pressure.
From the admin team to the crew on-site, everyone was prompt, professional, and genuinely nice to work with. The whole process was fast and very budget-friendly, but what I appreciated most was that they didn’t cut corners. They do things the right way, and it shows in the quality of the work.

Our experience with Rob and his team at Colorado Windows and Resoration was first-class, and we would not hesitate to work with them again. Our project was quite complex, involving the replacement of 39 windows on a stucco house.
Part of the job was insurance claim related, and they were very knowledgeable (and patient), walking through the process with both us and the insurance company. We also upgraded some windows outside of the insurance claim, and Rob was knowledgeable as we worked through the best options for our specific situation.
Unlike many contractors, Rob is a great communicator, and he and his team were always on time and very conscientious—both around our house and regarding the quality of their work. My partner has extremely high standards (and knows a lot about construction), and he was genuinely happy with their workmanship (which is not always the case!).
Without hesitation, I would recommend Colorado Windows and Restoration for any project, big or small. It also felt nice to be supporting a small Colorado business where the owner was working equally as hard alongside his team.

Our home was severely damaged in the May 2024 hailstorm, requiring extensive repairs, including replacement of nearly all the windows. The original windows were wood, custom-stained to complement the internal doors, cabinets, hardwood floors, and other interior trim. This left me dreading the project, fearing that the new windows would never match the existing environment.
Thanks to Rob, my concerns were uncalled for. The new windows look fantastic. They match perfectly, and I love the new window hardware. Rob and his crew are conscientious professionals who showed up on time, worked hard, and were very respectful. Each crew member had a demeanor that demonstrated they cared about our home and wanted to do a good job - one they could be proud of.
The project was messy for sure, but Rob’s crew worked hard to contain the dirt, then did a nice job of cleaning things up before they left our home.

It is not very often that I get to write a glowing review of a service provider.
In 2023 we experienced a once in a lifetime event, which was a tornado in Highlands Ranch.
We called over 15 companies to come and give us bids for the replacement of our damaged windows as a result of the tornado.
To our surprise, we only had 3 companies respond to us within 4 days of the inquiry.
The very first company to respond to us (within just 30 minutes of our inquiry) was Colorado Windows & Restoration LLC.
Not only were we shocked by their rapid response, we were even more surprised to learn that after weeks of waiting for additional estimates from other companies, that Colorado Windows & Restoration LLC were hands down less expensive than the rest.
Their total price was hands down less than all the rest!
We checked the BBB and found glowing reviews as well as the same content online about this company.
I can’t share with you that when this amazing company and their phenomenal team showed up we were blown away! Their professionalism was exceptional and they exceeded all of our expectations.
They had to bring in scaffolding to reach our upper windows which were three stories tall from the ground level.
They didn’t create any new roofing issues or harm to our home when replacing our extremely tall windows. They were so careful, and conscious in their work and laid down tarps inside and outside of our home to ensure that they didn’t scratch or harm a single solitary surface inside or outside of our home.
Their team was EXCEPTIONAL!!! We feel like they have become our new best friends and extended family members! That is just how much we love these guys!
Robert, the owner of the company, was on site the entire time for the installation, and it was him that provided us the quote as well.
Robert and his entire team are the BEST of the BEST! I can say this being a Realtor and dealing with way too many window companies over the past 20 years of servicing the Metro area.
Believe me when I say, I have seen way too many other companies that do not deliver on what they promise.

How amazed and thankful I am for Rob, Kim, Az and the whole team. As a newer homeowner that was kind of pushed into it from my mother‘s passing I honestly had no idea how to adult or file claims after some random a$$ tornado. Robert and CO W&R have done incredible work on our home. They have replaced every window and throughout have shown care not only in their work, but also in keeping every room they work in in better condition than when they started.
The windows are installed in a timely manner and always look great. There have been zero issues through the cold winter and hot summer months.
Last year they also replaced our siding, showing the same care and expertise as they do in window installation/replacement.
Robert is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure I am up to speed on everything going on before, during and after each project.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home windows, siding and more.

Can’t say enough about Colorado Windows! They are efficient, friendly, polite and clean up after themselves very well! Trust Rob, he knows what he is doing and is very experienced in his field. He will look out for your best interest and won’t gouge you. Kim is amazing too with all the scheduling, she made everything a turn key operation and is excellent with communication. Rob’s crew on install day were so friendly and hard working. They came in and knocked out the job to a perfection. I had zero complaints after the finished walkthrough and would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be using them for anything i need going forward! After the big hail storm in May 2023, almost every single window in my house was damaged. After another contractor dropped the ball, I was stuck trying to find someone else at a time when everyone was booked. Robert and his team at Colorado Windows squeezed me in and I’m so grateful they did. In June of last year my home in Castle Rock, Colorado received some significant damage from 11/2” hail. My roof was replaced along with gutters and downspouts and a chimney shroud cover. Two of my front windows and the vinyl siding around them that encompassed the whole wall face were also damaged. I am happy to report that Colorado Windows and Restoration replaced both windows and the siding with products that matched the damaged ones.
You would never know that any damage occurred! Thanks to Robert and his crew the work was expertly performed and completed in one afternoon. Having been in the construction trade myself for many years these guys really impressed me.

Due to a hail storm we had, we needed 9 windows replaced and the rest needed some repair! Colorado Windows did it in 2 days! They repaired, painted, and cleaned. They communicated.
